Personality Profiles

Confidence + Communication = Credibility

Personality profiles are very useful tools in the Coaching arrangement. Profiles give much insight and support to the inner layer of consciousness represented in the story of our values.

At BasicApproach, varying types of profiles are welcomed into the process - including 360 degree surveys. 

The profile of choice at BasicApproach is the DiSC Classic. It is used for its ease of administration and interpretation and its application simplicity.

This instrument helps individuals recognize the environmental cues to which they are reacting and the strategies they are using to adjust to their environment. It helps respondents determine whether another environment or strategy may be more effective and to become more skillful in adapting to circumstances in which they find themselves.

With DiSC, immediate strategies can be set, actions taken, and results seen. DiSC gives the individual insight into the natural strengths and external behavioral preferences and intensities of the four basic dimensions.

Used properly, an individual can greatly enhance confidence and improve results through more effective communication.
