Level II Coaching Program

Building Confident Leaders

The Brunson Methodology is a values-based Coaching concept.

The Level II Coaching Program is designed to move the Leader confidently into Practice.  (Practicing Discernment  - the consequent level of concrete action)

The Level II Coaching Program provides an advanced experience of support for those who have completed the Level I Coaching Program. Level II builds on the solid foundation of personal accountability put down in Level I.

The Collective of Confident Leaders:
Personal Accountability is organizationally critical. Participants in Level II are taking accountability to strengthen the network to develop ideas, process ideas, and act from common themes. This is important because organizational execution is driven by leaders from all levels collaborating from a common focus.

Level II is about leveraging individual behavioral shifts that are focused on organizational impact:

Integration and Performance Objectives
o An enhanced and enriched network of colleagues
o Personal/professional growth and development supported by useable skills and tools
o Confident application of personal Brand and actions grounded in Values

Personal Impact Outcomes
o Confident behaviors
o Performance and development
o Leadership competency support
o Communication and interpersonal skills
o Succession coaching and transition management

Method

The Level II Coaching Program is a partnership between the Coach and each respective individual participant in the Level II program. In the Level I Coaching Program, the Coach bears much of the burden to position the individual leader for improved performance. In Level II, more responsibility is placed on the actions of the individual Leader for implementation of strategies and integration of behaviors set in motion in Level I.

Improved performance and organizational effectiveness should be measured in terms of how the Personal/Professional Development Story from Level I is merged with the performance management process.

The Level II participants will share, within their Pod, challenges and learning as they grow in their assigned Skill:
