I Build Confident Leaders.

I do this through Leadership Coaching and a group program called Leadership - Collective Development - facilitating a process to take individual leaders through aValues-based Methodology. This does not mean I'm an expert in general leadership. What it does mean is that I am an expert in assisting the individual leader in leading from the core of who they are.

Why is this important?
When an individual is intently conscious of her/his values, then they can become more aware of their strengths - and that is where real growth and development occurs, from these things where we are innately strong. An intentional consciousness of our values is key to operating from our individual uniqueness and in building our own Personal Brand.

What makes me the expert?
There is the experience of all those hours Coaching and working with groups of leaders - but it is my own personal experience that I lean on to build my credibility in my market. From the beginning, my vision for my work has had me doing my part, through the leaders I support, to make work in our society more individually fulfilling while assisting these leaders in making their respective workplaces environments of love and abundance.

Through my personal self-discovery journey, I've utilized a powerful principle on which I have built my program methodologies:

           Whatever you desire to do for others, you must be able to do for yourself.
