Integration

Integration is the art of Practice.

Great Leaders do great things because they:
1 - Make the intangible tangible for those they lead
2 - Manage the Principle of Perception
3 - Continually learn and practice what they learn

The Integration phase of the Methodology is a transitional time. It is a time when the Leader consciously networks around his/her Brand, makes decisions in light of his/her Values, and implements the action commitments created by setting real Goals.

The Integration phase is preparation for any Level II commitment and participation in the Collective.
