My ethical obligation requires that I maintain confidentiality of all personal information supplied by individuals in the leadership coaching relationship at all times. I will also maintain the secrecy of information of the Client I may come in contact with until it is public knowledge as announced by the Client. It is also to be recognized that I am a professional leadership coach and development consultant. Any individual issue that goes beyond my expertise will be acknowledged to the particular individual and they will be asked to utilize management and human resource offerings where appropriate. If I believe any situation denotes any danger to the individual or others, I will immediately notify management to which I report via the contract/agreement schedule.
