Collective Partnering

The 21st Century presents super-intensive challenges for you, the Leader. The methods we select to meet our challenges must be of equal or greater intensity. Collective Partnering is one such intensive approach that is available for you the Leader.

Collective Partnering is a commitment between two Leaders to share in the leadership growth and development journey. The two of you - while freely belonging to the open source "Collective" of Leaders from diverse disciplines - are committed to supporting one another in this leadership journey.

Why is such a personalized, partnered commitment important?

It's about your network. There are two sides to your complex network. There is the half that contains your 'target market' - where you grow your Personal Brand with those important to your career development, growth, and opportunities. And there's the second half that we too often ignore - the part where you create meaningful interaction with colleagues.

You need to care for this half of your network in order to learn and share what, and who, you know.

~ Sharing your Network - Adding to your Network

It's about learning and being responsible with what you learn.
You Learn - You Apply - You Share with Another.

What am I asking you to do?

Your Mutual Commitment:
~ Help each other - share your leadership challenges and support each other in finding solutions
~ Make commitments, share your commitments, and become accountability partners in growth
~ Share your resulting learning with me (at least 1 summary entry each month by your Parntership on the Collecitve of Confident Leaders

The last bullet of your commitment is what's in it for me. As you learn, you share with me. In turn, I learn and share my learning in the larger "Collective" and share with other partnerships like yours.

Your only obligation in this Collective Partnering is to the learning process with each other and in sharing your learning with me.

I will be responsible for the connection with you allowing this knowledge sharing process to be easy.

Content:
As you communicate your learning summaries with me, I will in turn find ways to share within the larger Collective. All summaries become content and property of BasicApproach to be used for the good of the whole. I will also use some of the content in posts on BuildingConfidentLeaders.com. Also, some content may be used to create other writings or product for BasicApproach. As a Member of Collective Partnering, you also maintain the right to use all content for your own growth and development and to support those you lead.
