Collective Coaching (Leaders Coaching Leaders)


This Program is a Collective approach to Leadership Coaching. This was developed so that I could respond to inquiries and requests for Coaching in our immediate Region.

This group program approach borrows components from my Level I Coaching Program and utilizes sections of my upcoming book on awareness and confidence. This experience also draws from my experiences with over 1,400 hours of Level I coaching and from my work with leaders in the Chicago area who are currently participating in the Level II Coaching Program. This is all accomplished as the needs and desires of the participants dictate.

Your particular desired outcomes are set by you. It is my role as Coach and Facilitator to be intentional in assisting you in achieving those outcomes. It is also my responsibility to facilitate a collective coaching approach as we all strive to live into the leadership we desire as individuals.

Logistics
10 total sessions over a 9 month period
There will be participants who have completed the Level I Coaching Program and others who will be beginning a coaching journey. This Collective experience will allow you to deeply consider topics such as Desire & Intent, presence, focus, practice as well as further exploration of values, strengths and personality.

The Program
This experience is designed in 3 sections based on my book:
1) Intent to Commitment
2) Purpose to Authenticity
3) Understanding to Practice

The guiding topics are as follows:
1) Living from Your Values - Desire & Intent for Concrete Action - Accentuating Personality - A New Confidence
2) Voice - Presence
3) Focus - The Leader's Love (Practice)

The Sessions
Each session will flow through 3 structures:
Process - introduction of new topics with corresponding experiential learning
Open Coaching - collective and facilitator coaching around specific, predetermined topics
Situational Coaching - collective coaching on specific topics of choice (Leaders Coaching Leaders)

The fee per participant in this collecitve experience is 60% less than the one-on-one experience of Level I Coaching.
